Built right here in Encinitas, California, every SD Series knife features a handle made from exclusive custom GCarta® and navy Richlite®. The colors are inspired by the energy, culture, and unmistakable style that make San Diego unlike anywhere else. You can't find these ANYWHERE else. We had this GCarta serape pattern custom-made exclusively for Leucadia Blade Co., making the SD Series the only knife collection in the world built with it. Every handle is shaped and finished to create the same signature look. Flip the knife over and you'll discover another San Diego tribute. Each blade features our exclusive La Catrina engraving—a nod to the city's rich cultural heritage and the vibrant art that helped inspire this series. These were built a few miles from the Pacific Ocean.
