The Ahi is an 10” fillet & breaking knife that's perfect for the boat, the butcher shop, and the BBQ. It is .110” thick at the spine with distal taper & thin behind the edge. Since corrosion-resistance can be extremely important in a fillet knife, we offer the Ahi with the option of Cerakote blade coating to make it extremely resistant to rust. This knife is an excellent choice for most butchery work. This knife is designed to ‘break’ through skin, cartilage and small bones.
