G10 is a high-pressure fiberglass laminate. It is built from layers of fiberglass cloth soaked in resin, then compressed and baked under extreme pressure. The result? A tough, lightweight, and highly durable material with excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, and temperature changes. Developed in the 1950s, G10 was initially used in electrical insulators, but its properties have since made it a popular choice for knife handles, especially in tactical, outdoor, and EDC knives.
