Crafted from super-tough AEB-L stainless steel, each blade is heat-treated and cryogenically treated to 61 HRC for superior strength and edge retention.
The tested-food-safe DLC coating provides excellent corrosion-resistance, higher scratch & scuff resistance, as well as improved food release.
Uncoated Satin Stainless versions of The Hamachi with no DLC are available on request.
