The Hogfish is a 7” knife designed for butchery and slicing. The Hogfish was created in collaboration with local chef Aidan Owens as his go-to tool for butchering pigs, but has proven to be an extremely versatile blade for slicing any meats, veggies, or even bread. The Hogfish is thin and medium-stiff; .100” thick at the spine with distal taper & very thin behind the edge. Made from AEB-L stainless heat treated and cryogenically treated to 61 HRC. Designed and made in the USA!
